Cindy James is the owner of Cynthia James Photography LLC and has been serving the real estate industry with professional media services since 2014. After proudly serving in the U.S. Army, Cindy built a successful career with American Airlines, National Builders, and real estate before discovering her true passion behind the camera.

With 21 years as a licensed REALTOR®, Cindy brings a unique understanding of the real estate market and knows exactly what agents and homeowners need to showcase a property at its best. Today, she and her team capture every listing as if it were their own home — with attention to detail, professionalism, and care.

Cindy is also the owner of Shot N Sold Media (www.shotnsold.com), leading a talented team of seven real estate media professionals serving areas from Petersburg and Richmond to all of Northern Virginia. In June 2026, she will be expanding operations with a new location in the Gloucester, Virginia area.
