So How many photos do I get? 

 

We provide 30-35 edited images for your listing.   

 

How long will the listing video be? 

 

We keep our videos between 1-3 minutes in length including videos with drone coverage clips. This is because viewer retention drops off steeply after around 2.5 minutes.  This means on larger homes, some spaces may be excluded.

Pay Policy

 

We deliver photos within 24 hrs and video 48 hrs.  At completion of either just photos or photos and video tour we require payment at that time.  You are able to pay via Quickbooks invoice online or at the time of the appointment with your credit card.

 

Do you offer refunds on services? 

 

We don’t offer refunds for services rendered, however we can apply a discount to future shoots.  If something is our fault, we will happily reshoot and fix the problem.

Can I get a custom branded video?

 

Yes - we do with our Tourbuzz platform.   We generate a listing website link for every package that is branded with listing agent headshot,  contact information and agent logo.  

 

What’s your rain policy? 

 

Weather can negatively impact a shoot.  During inclement weather we will contact you via email or text  the morning of shoot, verifying the appointment and asking if you want to wait for better conditions.  We will shoot in any weather, however we can not video in the rain.  Exteriors may have to be taken on a separate day. But we also include FREE sky replacements for the exterior photos!

 

What’s your reshoot policy: 

 

If you would like a partial reshoot (new exteriors on a sunny day, updated kitchen, new paint, etc ) we charge $75. 

 

Does your team of photographers and videographers clean and or stage the home?

 

Our photographers/videographers  do not stage/ clean up at shoots.  They will do their best job to move small objects that may impact the photo, but the responsibility to prepare the home lies with the agent and homeowner.  

 

Can I get drone photography and video of my listing? 

 

Due to airspace restrictions, and serious FAA enforcement policies, there is no guarantee that we can shoot aerial photography of a property.  Depending on the homes location, we may need to apply for an airspace waiver.  Airspace authorizations can take up to 90 days to approve. Do you offer print services?  

 

We do not offer print services.  However, with our Pixset photo delivery system, you are given three size options for downloading.

 

Ownership rights to files:

Cynthia James Photography & James Photography Group retains the rights for photography and video.  The purchasing agent is given full use of the photos and video to use for any advertising/ marketing they want.  We can transfer rights to a third party, we just need consent from purchaser.  (Ex. If an agent wants to sell their photos to another agent, that's fine, we just need the permission from the original agent who paid for the shoot.)
